CiVQ is built by Pragmatic Business Solutions, LLC in Rio Grande City, Texas — civic software designed bilingual-first for the communities of the Rio Grande Valley and beyond.
Why we built it
Local governments were stitching together rented tools that treated Spanish as an afterthought. We built one platform where English and Spanish are native on every resident-facing surface, and where a government can own its software outright instead of renting it forever.
Bilingual by design, not by translation
Every resident-facing screen, form, receipt, and message ships in both languages, professionally written. Each resident picks a preferred language, and every notice arrives in it.
Own your software
Choose hosted (we run it) or owned (full source-code handover, self-hosted). The owned build has no kill-switch and no phone-home — suspension can lock, never wipe, and public-safety services stay on.
