Staff Mobile App
The work queue in your pocket — scan, act, and see the field at a glance.
Give field staff the part of CiVQ they need on a phone: log in, see the work queue assigned to them, scan an asset or item to act on it, and get a glance at the field-ops picture — without going back to a desk. Staff notifications push to the app, so the next job finds them.
The challenge
The crew that actually does the work isn't at a computer — they're at a culvert, a meter, a warehouse aisle. Today that means a paper work order, a phone call back to the office to update it, and a manager who doesn't know a job is done until someone gets back. The system that runs the office never made it to the field.
In practice
The crew's morning, on a phone
A road crew lead opens the app at the yard and her work queue is right there — the assignments for the day, in order, each tied to the asset it's against. At the first site she scans the asset tag, the work order opens, and she records what was done and attaches a photo without calling the office. A push notification drops a new high-priority 311-turned-work-order into her queue, so the urgent thing finds her instead of waiting on a desk.
Back at the office, the manager sees the same updates land in real time — no end-of-day catch-up, no "I think that one's finished." The field-ops glance on the lead's phone shows her crew's open and overdue counts, so she knows where the day stands without a radio call.
What it does
- 01
Staff login on the phone
Field staff sign in to their tenant workspace on a phone, scoped to their role — the same access, in their pocket.
- 02
The work queue, in the field
See the assignments for the day in order, each tied to its asset or request, without a paper work order.
- 03
Scan to act
Scan an asset tag or item barcode to pull up the right record and act on it on the spot.
- 04
A field-ops glance
Open and overdue counts for the crew at a glance, so the lead knows where the day stands without a radio call.
- 05
Push notifications
Staff notifications push to the app, so a new urgent job finds the crew instead of waiting on a desk.
- 06
Updates land in real time
What the crew records in the field appears in the office immediately — no end-of-day catch-up.

English and Spanish
Bilingual by design
The staff mobile app is an internal tool for the people doing the work — staff-facing, with the same role-scoped access the dashboard provides. The resident-facing surfaces it feeds — the 311 status pushed back, the request answered — stay bilingual; a job recorded on a phone still notifies the resident in the language they chose.
CiVQ AI — included in every package
CiVQ AI: the field assistant
On the phone, CiVQ AI can take a spoken note and turn it into a clean work-order update, or answer a quick "what's the history on this asset" without typing — keeping the crew's hands on the work, not on the keyboard. Drafts and answers; the record is still the staffer's.
